In this role, you will: * Deliver nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. * Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to provide high-quality patient care. * Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. * Educate and support patients and families throughout their care experience. * Help create a collaborative, positive environment focused on excellence and compassion. ## What You'll Need Licensure & Certifications * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. * Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire. Education * Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Experience * One year of previous clinical nursing experience preferred. ## Compensation * Hourly Pay: $31.25-$46.88 ### Additional Earning Opportunities * Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials available based on company policy and applicable job codes. * Performance-based bonus opportunities for eligible team members.
