JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY Patient Care, working in collaboration with other health team members. # Manages and maintains RHC compliance guidelines set forth for clinic. #Trains personnel for clinical and clerical procedures. #Prepares support staff#s work schedules. #Processes departmental payroll. Makes recommendations to management concerning such issues as staffing decisions or procedural changes. #Monitor inventory levels and purchases supplies as needed, to include office supplies and medical supplies.# Arranges for necessary maintenance or repair work. Work closely with industrial clients and work comp adjusters. #Maintain# current knowledge related to work activities. #Manages chart audits / clinic audits applicable to department. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Professional # Technical Skills Professional # Technical Skills - Experience gained through an approved Technical School plus an appropriate period of hospital orientation to the assigned patient care area and to personnel. Education Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or LPN. License(s) or Certification(s) Current Indiana License as a LPN or certification as a certified medical assistant. CPR certified, TB Skin Testing certified and DOT drug screen and breathalyzer certified if applicable.
