Rehab Aide

We're seeking a dedicated Rehab Aide to support our licensed therapists and nurses in delivering exceptional rehabilitative care across inpatient and outpatient settings. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment, we'd love to meet you. ##### What You 'll Do * ##### Assist in direct patient care under supervision of licensed therapists and nurses * ##### Support therapy treatments and maintain clean, organized treatment areas * ##### Document care provided and assist with clerical tasks like billing, scheduling, and inventory * ##### Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely * ##### Provide reception support including answering phones and directing calls ##### What You Bring * ##### High School Diploma required * ##### Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience * ##### Minimum 1 year of patient care experience (physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or home health preferred) * ##### Maryland CNA certification preferred * ##### Current BLS (CPR) certification required * ##### Strong computer, typing, and filing skills * ##### Physical ability to lift and assist patients ##### Physical & Mental Requirements * ##### Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and equipment handling * ##### Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on multiple tasks * ##### Comfortable working in clinical environments with exposure to body fluids and temperature fluctuations ##### Caring for Our Team ##### *We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
