Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) - DIVeRT Clinic

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides medical services to individuals, families and groups, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention for the DIVeRT Clinic. This includes the assessment, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education Master's degree Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License - Issued by Florida or Compact State Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gero Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification Nationally Accredited Nurse Practitioner Board certification or Nationally Accredited Physician Assistant Board certification Work Experience 1+ year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gero Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
