The Clinical Coordinator in Nursing is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within the nursing department. This role involves coordinating clinical activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards, and supporting nursing staff in providing optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator serves as a vital link between nursing staff, management, and interdisciplinary teams.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in nursing Nursing License issued by Florida or Compact Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association NIHSS Two (2) years in clinical registered nursing Two (2) years of supervisory experience
