ITSM Data Application Analyst Position Summary The Application Analyst is responsible for supporting and advancing IT service management processes, platforms, and operational workflows across TidalHealth. This position partners with IT leadership, operational teams, clinical stakeholders, and vendors to improve service delivery, standardize processes, enhance reporting and analytics, and optimize the end-user experience. The Analyst supports core ITSM disciplines including Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog administration. This role assists with platform configuration, workflow optimization, automation opportunities, reporting development, governance initiatives, and continual service improvement efforts. They serve as both a technical and operational resource to help ensure IT services are efficient, measurable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. This position supports innovation, operational excellence, and patient care by helping improve the technology experience for caregivers, patients, and users across the health system. ITSM Data Application Analyst Position Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree preferred. Extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements on a case-by-case basis. Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to manage their own time with little direction from management. Demonstrates the ability to work independently, remain organized, prioritize work, assist with multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail. ITSM Data Application Analyst Work Schedule Day shift, Monday through Friday with call. Overtime may be required. Expected to respond in the event of a disaster.
