Lead Therapist OT PT

Summary:

A Physical or Occupational Therapist whose primary responsibility is to provide direct patient care. This role serves as the key clinical resource, assists the Clinic Manager with the organization and day-to-day clinical operations of the outpatient clinic, and acts as the designated delegate for operational oversight in the Clinic Manager’s absence. The therapist assures the highest level of ethical conduct while creating a positive working relationship with the clinical staff, administration, and patients.

Other information:

Arkansas State board license. BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. Minimum of three years professional experience preferred. CPR certification required but can be completed upon hire.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
