Staff Nurse I Position Summary/ Department Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Operating Room at Needham Key Responsibilities: Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting. Providing clinical support and resources. Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment. Working 10-hour shifts with short-call requirements Minimum Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of OR experience. Pediatric experience preferred. License/Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MA nursing license. **Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). ** bchornurse #LI-onschite The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
