In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of high‑quality, efficient, and compassionate care to all patients and families. Identify opportunities to enhance staff knowledge, professionalism, and unit performance.Mentor and support staff at all levels, fostering engagement and development.Identify emerging leaders and participate in succession planning.Analyze administrative and operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (Master’s required within 5 years)Current RN licensureEmergency Department experience requiredMinimum 3-5 years of relevant clinical and leadership experienceCertifications:Required: ACLS & PALSStrongly Preferred: TNCC & ENPCNRP and STABLE required within 6 months of hireCurrent related board specialty certification requiredScheduleFull-time positionANM works primarily off shift hours with an opportunity to choose between 8- and 10-hour schedules.Schedule may adjust based on departmental needsHourly Pay Range: $52.97 - $84.75This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
