Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Clinic Nurse Educator to our amazing education team! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

A typical day includes : 

Performing Mock Codes and emergency training
Performing Nursing onboarding
Ongoing nursing education
Aiding in Clinic rounding and support
Creating and assigning Healthstream education to staff as required
Performing Critical Lab and instruction audits
Assisting with making the monthly nursing meeting in Healthstream
Providing coordination for our on the job MA certification training
Serving as a proctor for all MA testing on site
Serving as a ‘back up’ for ongoing survey preparation and mock surveys. May assist the director from time to time
Providing ongoing support and observations to all clinic locations.
May assist with scheduling the float pool as needed (this will not be a primary part of the position) only if director is out on PTO.

Job Requirements: 

Education:  Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Skills: Preferred history of teaching or educator roles
RN or Experienced LPN

The position is: Full-time, days. 8:00am-5:00pm
