Domestic Care Technician

Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Domestic Care Technician to provide exceptional care for our residents at Lake Stockton Long Term Care Facility. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the area: Stockton, Missouri  is home to Stockton State Park, which offers a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and swimming. Stockton Lake is located a few minutes from our facility and is a popular destination for boating, water sports, and camping!

About the department: Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility is a 90-bed long term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

A typical day includes: A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents.

Prepares residents for meals, serves, and collects food trays and nourishment, and document intakes.
Serves and collects food trays and nourishments. 
Stocks linen in rooms from linen closets.

Job Requirements:

Education: HS diploma
Experience: None! This is the perfect job for a high
Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Physical: ability to work at a fast pace with about 90% of the day consists of walking.

The position is Per Requested Need (PRN).
