# Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice in Astoria, Oregon. # As a#CNM with CMH, you will join an evidenced based practice in a thriving and supported environment. We offer an exceptionally collaborative practice where comprehensive, quality time with patients is a priority. # Practice Details A four-day work week. Mix of both obstetrics and gynecology. Shared call with OB-GYN back-up. Patient population who#specifically expresses the#desire for midwifery care. Collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on helping patients feel safe and heard. Required Qualifications Master#s of Nursing ACNM, AMCB, or ACC certification as a nurse-midwife. Ability to obtain active license with Oregon State Board of Nursing DEA Certificate Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
