Job Description
Coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. Has confident communication skills and acts as a patient advocate. The RN utilizes the nursing process to perform assessment of the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning, development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient's response to care. **Education Required** : Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred **Related Years of Experience Required: ** One year of acute care experience preferred although work experience requirements allow for individual manager/director flexibility recognizing such factors as: work experience in the medical field prior to attaining RN license (i.e. CNA), the experience level of current unit staff, and interest, motivation and commitment of applicant. Will be required to work in both Outpatient Medical and Wound Clinic. **Credential/Licensure Required** : Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin; Current BLS. Need ACLS certification within 6 months of employment. **Shift:** Works 32 hours a week, Monday - Friday in the Outpatient Medical and Wound Care units. Variable summer weekends. ** **
