Job Description
The Manager of Integrated Care Services oversees the Respiratory Care, Case Management and Social Services departments. This individual is responsible for leading, managing, and evaluating all aspects of these departments. Primary functions are to ensure comprehensive, goal-oriented care of patients via: 1. Adequate staffing 2. Placement of competent personnel in appropriate positions 3. Provision of adequate resources for staff to fulfill expected patient care needs and standards of performance 4. Assessment of operational efficiencies 5. Assuring care focused on quality driven care models **Education Required** : Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field, or completed within one year. **Related Years of Experience Required:** Two years' management experience or three years clinical experience preferred. **Skills Required:** Leadership skills, Presentation/Communication skills, Fiscal responsibility, Organizational skills, Initiative, Multitasking, Critical thinking, and Customer Service skills. **Shift:** Working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
