Patient Service Representative - Sister Bay Clinic Casual Call

The Patient Service Representative greets patients in a pleasant manner; answer telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, effective manner and knowledge to schedule appointments. Responsible for reception and registration process and performs additional routine clerical duties as needed. **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent (GED) **Experience** : Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred. **Shift:** Working Casual Call (meaning you work as needed) hours a week at the Sister Bay Clinic.
