This program is designed to introduce students to healthcare early while building foundational knowledge and hands-on exposure. Students will: * Attend on-site coursework and training in partnership with Ivy Tech Community College * Participate in job shadowing and clinical experiences across multiple healthcare settings * Support care teams while exploring a variety of career paths * Build confidence in a professional healthcare environment * Begin preparing for industry-recognized certifications while still in high school This opportunity is **exclusively for current high school sophomores** who are interested in pursuing a future in healthcare and want to get an early start. **What You Will Need:** * Must be a current high school sophomore interested in pursuing a future in healthcare * No prior healthcare experience required - this is a learning-based apprenticeship opportunity * Interest in exploring healthcare careers * Willingness to learn in both classroom and clinical environments * Reliable transportation to assigned sites * Ability to meet onboarding requirements (background check, immunizations, etc.) **What You will Earn:** * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Dual-credit courses through Ivy Tech, including: * Medical Terminology * Anatomy & Physiology * Introduction to Psychology * Indiana Diploma: Employment Honors Plus Seal * Industry-recognized Healthcare Assistant Certificate upon completion Questions?
