**Key Responsibilities:** **Technical Financial Success Analysis:** * Monitor and analyze enterprise technical charge capture processes to ensure accurate and complete charging. * Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of revenue leakage or missed charges. * Ability to perform technical audits of charge data and system interfaces to ensure compliance and charge accuracy. * Maintain knowledge base and flowcharts pertaining to key technical revenue cycle workflows, including Epic Revenue Cycle Reporting tools. * Maintain knowledge base of all revenue cycle integration points for each organization. Including but not limited to third party integration and internal system workflows which drive revenue cycle. **System & Data Validation:** * Collaborate with clinical application technology teams and departments to validate system-generated charges (e.g., via EHR or billing software). * Assist in support, configuration, and maintenance of charge master and fee schedules within healthcare IT systems. * Assist in testing system changes and upgrades to ensure revenue integrity. ** ****Reporting & Insights:** * Generate regular reports and dashboards highlighting revenue performance, charge compliance, and financial impact. * Coordinate routine customer-based reviews on key financial success metrics related to Epic performance. * Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across revenue cycle, clinical, and Information Technology leadership. **Compliance & Best Practices:** * Assist in adherence to CMS, HIPAA, and payer-specific regulations and guidelines. * Keep up to date on regulatory changes affecting charge capture, billing, and documentation practices. * Contribute to training and documentation related to technical revenue impacting workflows.
