This position is responsible for accurate charging, billing, follow-up, refunding, and posting. Responsible for the resolution of patient inquiries pertaining to billing. **Job Overview Task:** * Address all tasks/orders assigned within 5 business days and document follow-up actions * Utilize telephone, email, and other communication platforms * Receive and resolve patient account inquiries/complaints * Post payments daily (cash deposits, EFT, departmental transfers) and reconcile funds deposited * Responsible for sales order confirmation processes * Responsible for A/R follow-up duties * Responsible for scanning/uploading necessary documentation for insurance requests * Generate and process patient/insurance adjustments and refund requests * Other duties as assigned **Education and Experience Required:** High school diploma(GED), one year of related experience and/or training preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted, computer literacy required; training in medical terminology, data processing, or pharmacy experience preferred. **Certifications/Licenses:** None required.
