**Job Overview:** A Phlebotomist is a healthcare professional specialized in drawing blood from patients for various diagnostic tests, blood donations, or research purposes. The Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection of blood samples from patients in a clinical, hospital, or laboratory setting. This role involves performing venipunctures and capillary draws, ensuring accurate specimen handling, and maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout the process. **What You Will Need** • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. • One or two years' experience. • CPR BLS Card from the AHA within 90 days **Compensation:** Hourly Range - $17 - $25.50 **Incentives:** Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process. **Bonus:** Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics.
