Job Objective: Responsible for setting the pace and implementing business transformational and continuous improvement strategy with sensitivity towards the organizational structure, mission and values, culture, people and processes. Leads small to medium teams in the use of Lean methodologies, tools and other techniques to optimize processes, eliminate waste, improve quality and reduce costs.
