Patient Access Concierge-Admitting

Job Objective: Ensures that all patients have a satisfying registration experience and are provided with choices, options and counseling to assist them in making their healthcare decisions. Serves as the first point of contact for patients/visitors and graciously answers questions and assists in providing directions as needed. Coordinates notification to Admitting staff to ensure timely registration process is implemented.
