**Job Summary**

Performs and documents cardiology procedures as defined in departmental Scope of Care. Performs all modalities of stress testing, holter testing, EKG and/or cardiac event monitoring. Also performs clerical functions for unit.

**Job Requirements**

## **Minimum Education Requirement:**

High School Graduate or equivalent preferred. Completion of a formal training in Electrocardiogram Technique and arrhythmias recognition and/or EMT license required.

## **Minimum Experience Requirement:**

One year cardiovascular experience is preferred. MUSE Cardiology Information System experience preferred. Computer literate, ability to work with all age groups. Ability to develop positive interactions with co-workers and physicians. Excellent customer service skills required.

## **Minimum License Requirement:**

BLS required. EMT license required if in lieu of formal training in Electrocardiogram Technique and arrhythmias recognition.
