JOB SUMMARY:
Visitor Navigators help maintain a safe and healthy environment for EvergreenHealth Monroe patients, visitors and staff.  Navigators provide way finding to patients and visitors.  Navigators must be able to communicate visitor guidelines effectively and with patience and compassion.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
:
High school graduate or equivalent required.  Prefer a minimum of one-year customer service experience.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS
:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.  Ability to multitask and work well during stressful situations. Ability to work productively with minimal oversight.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS
:
Adheres to all State and Federal regulations pertaining to hazardous materials and BBP. Exposure to communicable diseases.  Limited exposure to haz­ardous materials.
