OverviewAssists the organization and individuals to improve performance by designing training and learning solutions. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and project management skills. ResponsibilitiesDesign e-learning modules to meet regulatory requirements, promote personal development and upskill employees.Remain updated on latest trends and technologies in learning & developmentAssist employees with onboarding/annual training.Retrieve journal articles through digital collections.Assist department with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information to help identify educational needs. QualificationsBachelors Degree in Education, Healthcare or related field (Master's Degree preferred)Minimum of 3 years of experience in training/education and instructional design.Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.Proficiency in designing curriculum and training materials.Knowledge of adult learning principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
