ResponsibilitiesPerform a full range of ultrasound examinations within the imaging department’s scope of serviceDemonstrate proficiency in OB-GYN, Abdominal, and Vascular ultrasound techniquesProduce high-quality diagnostic images in a PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) environmentApply sterile techniques to assist with invasive procedures when necessaryCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic resultsMaintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environmentNo call required QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED requiredCompletion of an accredited Ultrasound programRegistered or registry-eligible with appropriate credentialing bodyStrong knowledge of ultrasound imaging protocols and sterile techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamEmployee BenefitsAt FirstHealth of the Carolinas, we believe in supporting our employees' professional growth and personal well-being.
