OverviewPerforms a variety of medium to large batch culinary grilling, baking, deep frying, broiling, steaming and boiling. Follows established guidelines for timeliness, portion control, standardized recipes and diet restrictions. Ensures regulatory compliance for food safety sanitation, time and temperature control. ResponsibilitiesPrepares patient, retail and catering meals as scheculed. Maintains regulatory logs for food safety compliance. Position may be scheduled to cover other positions as needed (cashier, server, dish washing, catering or trayline). QualificationsPrevious cook experience in healthcare, education or hotels preferredServSafe or similar certification preferredMust be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays, as scheduled.
