JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY The Intelliplex Building # Grounds Maintenance performs all duties necessary to maintain the outside perimeter of the buildings and landscape of MHP properties. These duties include, but are not limited to: trash removal, mowing, weeding, applying chemicals, trimming # planting and the operation of lawn equipment and tools associated with lawn/garden care. Mowers, tractors, tillers, trimmers, saws, power washers, parking lot sweepers. Performs other Engineering duties as assigned. All employees in this position must always maintain an active driver#s license and, at least, the minimum auto insurance requirements from the state of Indiana. Employees must always abide by the quali?cations of the signed MHP Driving Agreement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Professional # Technical Skills N/A Education High School Diploma or GED preferred License(s) or Certification(s) Pesticide applications experience helpful. Must have valid driver#s license, current insurance, and acceptable driving record. Other Skills or Requirements Must be able to operate lawn care equipment and tools. May be asked to use personal automobile for MHP business (MHP sites) and#will be eligible for mileage reimbursement during the normal course of duties if safety criteria is met.
