JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY Represents Major Hospital in obtaining demographic and insurance information for both inpatient and outpatient registrations. Is responsible for obtaining accurate information in the entering of such information into Major Hospital#s data base. Also represents Major Hospital through the PBX functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Professional # Technical Skills Basic computer knowledge Education High School Diploma or equivalent License(s) or Certification(s) NA Other Skills or Requirements Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills. Able to exercise good judgment in dealing with customers and staff. Basic computer skills required. Previous medical experience helpful.
