Summary SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Ensures quality care for children by providing frequent and appropriate interactions to children and parents: planning and implementing daily lesson plans; using redirection and problem solving when conflicts arise; and maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Supports administration and models best practices for teachers.EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in childcare required.EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent, Preferred: Associates - Early Childhood Education, Bachelors - Early Childhood Education
