Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients and support services to the licensed personnel. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The CNA must be able to follow instructions of licensed personnel and work cooperatively with others, exercise initiative and judgement. Open Date: 05/01/2026 Preferred Application Deadline: 05/08/2026 Hours/Shifts 72 hours biweekly, 8-hour straight night shifts from 10pm-6:30am and every other weekend. New hires can have the option to work 12-hour shifts and every third weekend instead. Please state your shift preference (8 or 12 hour) in your application. Compensation Hourly Wage Range: $18.48-$25.09 with a $3.55 shift differential for working straight night shifts. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
