Responsible for overall effective performance of practice including hands on leadership, workflow development, patient schedule management, provider and staff engagement, patient experience, financial performance and billing compliance. Assists Practice Director with operational plans and budgets (capital and operations) and implements performance improvement strategies within the practice as agreed upon by Practice Director. This position is responsible for assisting with the recruitment, development and supervision of staff. Ability to apply effective communication strategies to solve and facilitate simple and complex situations which enhance the culture and performance of the practice. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes teamwork and reflects the mission and values of Lee Health. Responsible for practice site with up to 3 providers. Assumes leadership role in absence of the managers.RequirementsEducation: Two years of formal education beyond high school. Associates degree preferred.Experience: A minimum of 1 year of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
