# **Brook Lane Clinical Therapist - Laurel Hall School (Hagerstown, MD Campus)** **Full‑Time | 80 Hours Bi‑Weekly | Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM** Brook Lane is seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Clinical Therapist** to join our Laurel Hall School team in Hagerstown, MD. This is a meaningful opportunity to support school‑aged children and adolescents through therapeutic services that promote emotional well‑being, academic success, and personal growth. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide counseling, collaborate with educators and families, and help create a supportive environment where students can thrive. ## **What You 'll Do** * **Provide therapeutic services** to Laurel Hall students, including individual and group counseling. * **Support students ' emotional and behavioral needs** within a school‑based setting. * **Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families** to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services. * **Maintain documentation and complete required trainings** in accordance with Brook Lane and regulatory standards. ## **Qualifications** ### **Education** * Completion of a **Master 's degree** in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program. ### **Experience** * **Training and/or experience** working with **school‑aged children and adolescents** in clinical, educational, or behavioral health settings. ### **Licensure & Certifications** * **LCSW‑C or LCPC** (licensed at the certified clinical level). * **Current BLS (CPR)** and **First Aid** certification. * Valid **Driver 's License** and driving record meeting Meritus vehicle policy requirements. * Annual submission of a certified driving record and signed acknowledgment of **Attestation A** per Meritus Vehicle Management Use and Control policy. ## **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** * **Strong verbal and written communication skills**. * **Ability to collaborate effectively** with students, families, and school staff. * **Organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. * Commitment to maintaining licensure requirements and completing assigned trainings. **Caring for Our Team**** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
