The RN will support a high-acuity interventional environment, providing care across the procedural continuum, including patient preparation, intra-procedural support, and recovery.In addition to assisting with procedures, the RN will also participate in pre-procedure patient screening calls to help ensure patients are appropriately prepared and optimized prior to their scheduled procedures.Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of ConnecticutAbility to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver safe, evidence-based care in a procedural settingStrong communication skills, including telephone-based patient assessment and educationExperience in ICU, ED, perioperative, or other high-acuity settings Preferred QualificationsAt least one year of acute care experience in either:Cath Lab nursingInterventional Radiology nursingBSN preferred (or ADN/ASN with active enrollment in a BSN program)Epic experience preferred
