Position HighlightsDepartment: Parent Support ServicesHours: 40 hours per weekShift: DaysPosition SummaryPerforms a variety of duties related to patient management in the Crisis Service and on the inpatient behavioral health unit. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team in the delivery of patient care including intensive case management, limited counseling, planning, milieu management, individual and group activities with patients, collaboration with community providers as necessary, data gathering and utilization review activities.Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in Social Work.
