QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree and Medical Technology (MT) certification with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent. Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988.ExperienceFour (4) years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT (internal CLS2); OR Two (2) years of laboratory experience as a MT/HTL (internal CLS3)(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) Licensure/CertificationRegistered with ASCP (or eligible for registry) as a Medical Technologist or equivalentCompensation/Benefits$26.77-$43.71/hr depending on previous experienceBenefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
