Job SummaryAssures that Hospital grounds are clear of trash and other debris.Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of animals, animal nests and other animal residue.Operates and maintains Automatic Lawn Sprinkler system.Verifies operation of the Program Controllers.Performs groundskeeping duties in areas not covered under Landscaping Contract.Operates and maintains Lawn Care tools and equipment.Verifies that equipment and tools are in proper operational condition.Removes snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots during winter season. QualificationsEducationHigh school education or equivalent.  Prefer Vocational Education in Grounds MaintenanceExperience Prefer two years experience in grounds maintenance for facility with 10+ acres.Additional RequirementsMust be at least 20 years old in order to operate vehicles for insurance purposes Work ShiftDay
