Departmental OverviewParticipates in all clinical pharmacy services, supports distributive pharmacy services, and ensures the pharmacy provides optimal pharmaceutical care to all patients on a daily basis. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and distributive processes, as well as pharmacy programs that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies for all age groups. Job SummaryEnsures age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.Participates in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned. Process orders and dispense medications according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
