Position Summary:

The Assistant Unit Manager supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role helps guide nursing practice, reinforces adherence to regulatory and organizational standards, and contributes to a structured, supportive environment for both patients and staff.
