Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $19.19-$29.09 Hourly however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Title: Courier Supply Tech 1 Work Schedule for this Position: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Company Statement: Pullman Regional is an innovative, patient-focused, multi-disciplinary based work environment where all members of the team contribute to the exceptional care of our patients and the community. Position Overview: The Supply Tech moves items from the main storeroom to all areas of the hospital, making sure that each area has what it needs to care for patients. You will work closely with the Buyers to ensure that inventory levels in the main storeroom are sufficient, that inventory is well stocked and easily accessible. This position will also help with shipping, receiving, counting inventory, Courier Service, mail delivery and a host of other things to keep the hospital fully stocked and running. A Day in the Life: The Courier/Supply Tech for the hospital drives the hospital vehicle to locations around town daily for supply delivery and pick ups. Delivers items from the main storeroom to the departments to replenish stock. Receive packages and pallets. Receive items into the inventory control system. Check for outdated items. Moves received items to shelves. Helps Buyers maintain inventory levels. Help other team members when needed. Cleans the storeroom. About You! This Job is For You if You Have: High school diploma or equivalent. Active Driver's License Licensed in Washington State as a Pharmacy Assistant within 3 months of hire. Must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others. Our customers are our fellow employees, and we strive to cheerfully get them what they need to do their jobs. You won’t directly care for patients but will help those who do. The desire and ability to learn about all things Materials Management. Timeliness. Being on time helps things run smoothly. The ability to effectively communicate with the Materials team and hospital personnel. The ability to be accurate when completing duties related to inventory and receiving.
