Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $81,745.25-$126,311.86 Annual however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Title: Employee Health Registered Nurse Work Schedule for this Position: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Company Statement: Pullman Regional is an innovative, patient-focused, multi-disciplinary based work environment where all members of the team contribute to the exceptional care of our patients and the community. Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Health RN to join our small rural hospital team. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care to hospital employees, focusing on occupational health, safety, and injury prevention. A Day in the Life: Conduct pre-employment physicals, health screenings, and vaccinations. Provide medical surveillance and monitoring for employees exposed to hazardous materials. Manage work-related injuries and illnesses, including case management and return-to-work programs. Develop and implement employee health programs. Collaborate with hospital leadership and departments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards. Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for workplace modifications. Maintain accurate records and reports, including OSHA logs and workers' compensation claims. Provide consultation and guidance to employees and management on occupational health matters. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, guidelines, and best practices in occupational health. About You! This Job is For You if You Have: Current RN licensure in the state of Washington. Associate's degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing with an additional 2 or more years of specific experience in occupational health, employee health, or a closely related field. Strong knowledge of occupational health laws, regulations, and guidelines (OSHA, NIOSH, etc.). Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A Wow if You Have: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or similar. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures. Knowledge of workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
