as an Integrated Behavioral Health & Addiction Medicine Provider. In this dynamic outpatient role, you’ll deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder services within a team-based primary care setting. Working closely with medical providers, you’ll conduct rapid assessments, provide targeted interventions and crisis support, and help develop personalized treatment plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs—from mental health and addiction to chronic conditions and life stressors.
