Patient Safety Advocate

This position is responsible for managing the organization#s complaint and grievance process; investigating adverse events and other reported events to facilitate understanding of care processes; improving patient satisfaction through direct interactions with patients, family, and other staff members, and working with leadership to address recurrent process problems. Provides oversight for the Patient Advocacy Program. Requirements: BSN degree# Three years of quality improvement experience in a health care environment required. VT RN license
