OverviewThe Mental Health Tech I provides direct patient care and management of patients with medical and behavioral issues under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse by performing patient care services, crisis intervention, therapeutic interactions and milieu management. The Mental Health Tech I utilizes non-violent verbal and physical techniques to de-escalate patients and ensure safety. Department Description Mental Health & Well-Being Hospital – WakeBrook provides innovative solutions to address the mental health issues among adults in our community.WakeBrook will serve adults in need of inpatient care for psychiatric illnesses.
