**Job Description:**

Has a detailed working knowledge of Hotel functions and is responsible for completing work assignments pertaining to general behaviors listed below. Must be Customer Service oriented and able to work independently.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ Preferred: Previous hotel front desk experience Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ▪ Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment. ▪ Able to work in a fast paced environment ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Preferred: Basic Life Support
