Verifies eligibility and discusses ABN notices when appropriate. Accurately review and resolve billing claim edit, follow-up workqueues, and patient workqueues that are assigned related to registration errors. Collects, secures and posts payments from patients. Provide assistance to staff and patients via email and phone when related to registration and insurance. Provides cross coverage for all areas of the Access Department including post admit. **Education and Experience** Completion of High School or GED required. Knowledge of health care revenue cycle preferred. Understanding of insurance is a plus. HRS Corporate Center Hybrid Position (training required onsite) Day Shift M-F Patient Registration & Insurance
