Demonstrates competence to adapt work to accommodate the unique physical, psychological, cultural, safety, and other developmental needs of patients served by the department.Minimum QualificationsDegrees:Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or AudiologyMaters Degree in Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Audiology preferred License & Certifications: Texas licensure in Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language PathologistWork Experience: Three(3) years clinical experience in PT, OT, SP.Management Experience: One (1) year supervisory or managerial experience preferredLanguage Skills: Bilingual Skills; Spanish preferred Communication Skills:Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking) Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports)Proficiencies:P.C., MS Word, MS Excel Job AttributesKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Analytical, Medical Terms, ResearchWork Schedule: FlexibleOther Requirements: Member of APTA or AOTA.
