JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY Functions as a team member and performs clerical and telemetry related duties for the unit.# Acts as a receptionist /monitor tech adhering to hospital policies and procedures.# Maintains confidentiality of information regarding patients, personnel, and hospital business. Must cross-train to Patient Care Tech (PCT) role. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Professional # Technical Skills Education High School graduate or equivalent License(s) or Certification(s) N/A Other Skills or Requirements Excellent telephone and oral communication skills required. Must poses customer service/hospitality skills. Computer skills preferred.
