MAIN FUNCTION: * * Looking for a Registered Nurse to serve as the primary point of contact for pregnant patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing emotional support. * * Provide information on prenatal care, screening tests, and available resources to patients. * * Ensure that patients understand their care plan and follow necessary steps for optimal health during pregnancy. * * Schedule and manage prenatal appointments, ultrasounds, and other necessary tests for patients. * * Send reminders and follow-ups for upcoming appointments and procedures. * * Coordinate with various healthcare providers, including obstetricians, sonographers, and specialists, to ensure seamless care. * * Assist patients with understanding insurance coverage and financial options for prenatal care. * * Accurately types, transcribes all documentation in a timely manner. Always proofreads work prior to distribution. * * Promptly completes assignments in an independent manner; meets deadlines in daily responsibilities and special projects. Follows-up on patient scheduling. * * Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring timely and clear communication of test results, concerns, and follow-up care. * * Support care teams by sharing updates on patient progress and ensuring continuity of care. * * Work closely with insurance providers, if necessary, to ensure patients have access to appropriate care. EDUCATION: * Associate's in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing EXPERIENCE: * Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in prenatal care or women's health, is highly preferred.
