Position Details: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts, shift is typically 4:00pm to 12:30am.
Position Summary: The EVS Floor Care Technician role provides a welcoming and comforting first and lasting impression to the community we serve by ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff of Lake Health District. Duties include all manner of floor care on a variety of surfaces common to healthcare facilities as well and upholstery and furniture care.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Floor Care Certification preferred, but not required.
Experience:
2yr previous professional floorcare experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
Job Knowledge & Skills: Capable of performing duties as assigned. Ability to read and write English. Ability to follow written and verbal requests of immediate supervisor.
