**About the Role**
The Rural Clinical Nurse Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for designated nursing departments, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and effective supervision of nursing personnel.
Job Title: District Clinical Nurse Manager
Department: Nursing
Reports To: Chief Nursing Officer
Education/Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
* Minimum of five years of hospital nursing experience.
* Formal training in nursing leadership or demonstrated leadership experience.
* Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or TEAM certification, as applicable.
* Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and model self-direction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Maintains all required licensure and certifications.
